Your personal case manager is there to accompany you throughout the rehabilitation process, beginning with first contact, application and admission, then assisting you during the whole treatment program, discharge and follow-up.

Our reception is there to help you with all non-medical issues, and make your stay at ProPrios as comfortable as possible. This includes everyday concerns like laundry, pharmacy, bringing daily needs and groceries to your room, if required.

ProPrios is only 30 min of driving from Vienna airport. For patients travelling from further away, your transfer from and back to Schwechat airport is free of charge. Let us know well in the number of persons and amount of luggage in advance.

We understand caring for a demanding family member leaves no time for yourself. Your loved one is in good hands, feel free to go for a massage or wellness. Or just enjoy a coffee while watching your children at nearby kids’ playground.

Feel safe in case of medical emergency. ProPrios is surrounded by dense healthcare infrastructure of diagnostic centers, general and emergency hospitals of the capital city, all reachable within minutes. The next Austrian hospital LK Hainburg is only 15 min. away.
